Inauguration ceremony of STAMPMANIA 2009 was held at Shree Saurashtra Leuva Patel Samaj Building, at 5:30 pm. Everyone is assemble in the hall for the opening ceremony, the guests are here, the cover carried on Bullock tram has also arrived.
The dignitaries on the dias, from left Shri Timir Shah, Dr. Alok Pande, Shri A. k. Srivastava, Ms. Karuna Pillai, Shri Prashant Pandya, Shri A K A Joshi, Dr. Yogesh Chandrana.
Shri Prashant Pandya delivered the welcome speech and gave a brief information about Baroda Philatelic Association and how the event was made possible. All the dignitaries move forward to Light a Lamp. Ms. Karuna pillai delivered a short speech and declared exhibition as open for all.
A special cover was released and presented to Shri A. K. Srivastava. Shri A K A Joshi presented a Special carried Cover by Bullock Tram. Dr. Alok Pande released a Stamp Booklet and at last but not least a souvenir of Stampmania 2009 was released.

My hartiest congratulations for bringing out so informative report on Stampmania 2009 . Looking at the photographs I felt I am there (it was my dream but failed due to personal reasons).
