Monaco post will issue a set of two postage stamps of Europa 2010.This year, the theme of the EUROPA stamp selected by PostEurop is “Books for children.”
The two stamps highlight the entertaining and educational aspects of the books. Vehicles of culture and openness, books allow children to grow, to learn and to understand the world.
