Oceanographic museum centenary


Founded in 1910 by Prince Albert I, the Oceanographic Museum is an exceptional structure entirely dedicated to the sea. Its mission is to develop oceanography and make it widely known through the founding Prince’s historic collections, permanent and temporary displays and living collections in the Aquarium. Since 1990, the Museum’s Education Department contributes to helping everyone love, understand and protect the oceans.
